In a momentous occasion, Miramar Mayor Wayne M. Messam and Belize City Mayor Bernard Wagner signed a Sister City agreement, solidifying the partnership between the two cities. The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, in Miramar Commission Chambers and was attended by prominent figures from both communities, including Miramar City Commissioner Yvette Colbourne, Maxwell B.
